Terms

Last updated 29 October 2026. Short, because it's a beta.

Skwirl is a free beta. It may break, and it may shut down. You can always export your notes first.

Using Skwirl

• Save things you're allowed to look at: public posts. Skwirl is for your personal reference, not for re-publishing other people's content.
• Don't try to get into anyone else's account, overload the service, or use it to fetch anything other than the supported social sites.
• Keep your access token private. Anyone who has it can use your account.

What Skwirl promises, and doesn't

• Notes are written by AI. They can be wrong, miss things, or misread a recipe. Check before you rely on them, especially quantities and anything to do with health or money.
• There's no guarantee of uptime, speed, or that a particular post can be read. Some posts are private, deleted, or blocked from download.
• Skwirl is provided as-is during the beta, with no warranty.

Ending

• You can delete your account any time from the app.
• The owner may remove accounts that break these terms, or end the beta. If the beta ends, you'll get notice and a chance to export.
